Mothers’ Milk Bank Northeast
The Mothers’ Milk Bank Northeast is a non-profit milk bank that provides pasteurized donor human milk in the Northeast to hospitals, including neonatal intensive care units and nurseries, as well as to families of babies throughout the country. They are certified by the Human Milk Banking Association of North America and collect, screen, pasteurize, and test the milk from mothers who have more than their baby needs. The donor milk is used primarily by premature and sick babies whose mothers do not have enough milk. After completing a screening process, breastmilk donors can ship their milk or drop off their milk at one of the depots. For more information, visit their website.
